Confidentiality
Everything you share within our sessions is completely confidential. What you tell me stays between us, always.
There are only a small number of legal exceptions where I may need to break confidentiality:
Risk of serious harm to yourself or others
Safeguarding concerns involving a child or vulnerable adult
A court order requiring disclosure
Where possible I will always discuss this with you first.
Your Data & Privacy
I am fully GDPR compliant. Your information is stored securely, never shared without your consent, and kept in line with BACP guidelines. You have the right to access or request deletion of your data at any time.
Terms of Business
£50 — Standard session
£45 — NHS staff
£30 — Concessionary (4 slots per month)
Payment required 24 hours before appointment. Less than 24 hours notice, full fee may apply. Sessions last 60 minutes.
